Delivery Timeline

We strive to get your favorite home decor pieces to you as quickly as possible.

  • Lahore: 2–3 working days.

  • Other Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 working days.

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days. Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. We kindly ask our customers to ensure they are available at the provided address and have the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Damages & Issues

Since home decor items can be fragile, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@havopk.com or via WhatsApp with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
